Crossroads Companion App App Reviews

This app is basically non-functional. It seems to read in one tap as two taps. Sometimes this means skipping the story of the card, and immediately jumping to the results of one of the choices (that you didnt mean to select.) I have not been able to get the voice over to work at all. (Hitting the play button seems to make it start to play but then immediately pauses it again.)

I purchased the app in hopes of using it for the game, but Ive been having a terrible time with it. I dont think its optimized specifically for the 6 Plus. It registers one tap as two and as a result takes FOREVER to open the settings. Once you finally get into settings you cant change anything. At first I thought it was because the protective screen on my phone is cracked, but a friend of mine said it should be fine. (He works at a phone store) THIS APP NEEDS OPTIMIZATION AND UPDATING!

I have an iPhone 4 and the app works fine. Be nice if there was optional background music and not just wind blowing. Also be nice if you could individually choose certain cards to be in the deck. It would also be nice if you had a female voice option. All that said this app is really neat, just revealing the trigger condition for a card and then just revealing the options and not what will happen. Just be nice if they implement a few more card selecting options.

Wish we could create custom cards. Cant wait to use this to step up the play experience.

I really enjoy how the app enhances the game! And the card narration & Hidden choices are awesome! I cant wait to see what more is in store!

Hi all, I’m a big fan of your games. I work in mobile gaming so I’m going easy on the review just in case I forget to up my rating once you fix things. I’m rooting for you! Really looking forward to more Crossroads games. Tell Eric S to use more varied voices next time!! Also yeah…please fix it so it works on my phone (iPhone 6S Plus). :-)

I just read some reviews mentioning that on iPhone 6+ the app was registering single taps as double. This app works fine for me on my 6+. Delivers as promised, easy nav. Looking forward to any features/content added in the future.
